Clinical/Implementation Support
Dr. Alice Farrell and Doug Edwards are available to provide clinical/implementation support to Triple P practitioners.  They may provide one-on-one coaching, telephone support and refresher workshops.  Both have been trained in Level 3, Primary Care and Level 4, Standard Triple P.

Dr. Alice Farrell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who holds a Juris Doctorate and a Masters of Social Work Degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and Social Work, respectively.  She is also a Published Author, Licensed Evangelist and Assistant Pastor to the Springfield Church of God of Prophecy and a motivational speaker.

She is the President and CEO of Olive Branch Clinical and Consulting Services, LLC. She provides an array of services including counseling, clinical supervision; grant writing, executive coaching, speaking engagements, seminars, and training sessions on a variety of behavioral health and faith-related topics. Additionally, her consulting agency focuses on working with system representatives, educators, community leaders, advocacy groups and grass roots organizations to help them assess and plan for building and sustaining capacity within their respective communities.
 
Doug Edwards is the founder and Program Director of Real Dads Forever, a Fatherhood Strategies Development organization. He has consulted with Connecticut’s Department of Social Services, State Department of Education, Department of Children and Families, Department of Public Health, School Readiness and Head Start Centers, and many public and private schools and Family Development Centers in New England around parental involvement with a focus on Fathers and Family Men.

Doug is a founding member of the Advisory Council of The Fatherhood Initiative of Connecticut, co-chair of the CT Fatherhood Initiative Program Certification Review Committee, and a member and past President of the Board of Directors of The Children’s Law Center of Connecticut. He is also the Statewide Coordinator for the Parents Supporting Educational Excellence (PSEE) program at the CT Center for School Change and is a consultant, and National Master Facilitator Trainer for the Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI.) Doug currently chairs the Advisory Council of the Family Development Center of Eastern CT Health Network (ECHN) in Manchester.
