3. Review the mission:
   
4.  “The task force shall examine evidence-based strategies for preventing and reducing obesity in children and adults and develop a comprehensive plan that will effectuate a reduction in obesity among children and adults.”
   
5. Begin planning the report
   
   a)   Identify who will draft the final report
   b)      Identify core elements to be included in the final report
   c)      Develop a comprehensive list of stakeholders and a process of engagement
   
6. Review timeline of work plan
   a)      Examine list of existing research reviews and plans of how state governments can address child and adult obesity. 
   b)      Assign task force members plans to review, evaluate, and present materials at the next meeting.
   
7. Open for discussion
   
8. Set agenda for next meeting
