Task Forces
Tobacco & Smoking Cessation Task Force
Section 17(a) of P.A. 09-148 establishes a task force to study tobacco use by children and adults. The task force shall examine evidence-based strategies for preventing and reducing tobacco use by children and adults, and then develop a comprehensive plan that will effectuate a reduction in tobacco use by children and adults.
