Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center presents its 15th annual Wild About Animals Festival on Saturday, October 29th from 10:00am-1:00pm.  Get up close and personal to meet a wide variety of farm animals, reptiles, domestic pets, exotic birds, and even aquatic creatures.  Live animal demonstrations will be presented by local organizations throughout the museum studios.    Food and snacks will be available for an additional cost in our Imagine Café.  Program included with admission of $10.00 per person, children under one and members are free. ACM and library passes are not valid for this event. The first 50 guests will receive a plush stuffed animal.


Located in the Museum, our Preschool Learning Center gives our students daily access to all the learning and experiences of the Museum studios, something no other preschool can offer! We are a NAEYC accredited full day/year school readiness program. Enrolment is ongoing for children ages 3-5! We also offer a mixed age infant and toddler program. Special Hours
New Hours: We are now open Wednesday-Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm
Sensory Sundays: On the second Sunday each month we open an hour at early at 10am for families with children with special needs. Reduced admission $5. Summer Hours: We are additionally open on Tuesdays from 9:30-5:00pm during July and August!
We open on the following holidays that fall on Mondays & Tuesdays: Martin Luther King Day, President's Day,     Columbus Day, Election Day, Veterans Day

We are closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th,   Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.
Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center, is a hands-on, interactive children's museum best suited for ages 2 to 8 that opened in September of 2004. We are a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation a division of the Boys & Girls Club & Family Center of Bristol and funded in part by the United Way of West Central Connecticut. The Imagine Nation Museum Early Learning Center is committed to the development of life-long learners.  Within an environment that inspires young children and families to imagine and investigate, our community supports the development of critical thinking, curiosity, creativity, confidence, and citizenship.

Imagine Nation, A Museum Early Learning Center, is located at One Pleasant Street in downtown Bristol, CT with close proximity to Routes 6, 72, 69, 229 and I-84.Free parking is available in our lot accessible from Upson Street. Limited street parking is also available on Pleasant Street and Upson Street. On weekends only, visitors may use the Bristol Board of Education parking lot located on Church Street. Also across from the Bristol Board of Education is a local commuter lot that is available to our visitors all week.
