02/15/2011 - HITE Strategic and Operational Plan Overview - An overview of the DPH/HITE-CT planning process and specific responses to the ONC's requirements was presented at the February 2011 HITE-CT Board meeting. 12/13/2010 - CT HIE Sustainability Model - The model was presented to the HITE-CT Board Meeting in December. The presentation can be reviewed here: Executive Summary.

12/02/2010 - HIE Strategic and Operational Plan (Revised) - The revised HIE Strategic & Operational Plan was submitted to ONC on December 2nd. The package also included the Commissioner's transmittal letter and a summary document to support meaningful use.

11/15/2010 - HITE-CT Bylaws - The Board adopted the following bylaws: HITE CT bylaws

09/27/2010 - HIE Strategic and Operational Plan - The HIE Strategic & Operational State Plan was submitted to ONC on September 27, 2010 along with the Commissioner's transmittal letter and the Master Schedule.

08/15/2010 - Draft HIE Strategic Plan - A Draft Connecticut Health Information Exchange was open for review and public comment along with the draft Master Schedule
