The creation of this web site represents Connecticut’s continued commitment to serving the approximately 200 families throughout the state that lost relatives in the September 11^th terrorists’ attack. I encourage you to contact the Connecticut Helps-Office of Family Support with any problems that you might have in accessing state and federal government services, grief or mental health counseling or in obtaining information about benefit programs.
