Your son or daughter is about to experience the rewards of becoming a member of the workforce and contributing to the community.

He or she will learn new skills, meet new people, have new experiences, and, of course, earn money. The transition to work can be exciting and challenging for any young person. You can play an important role in ensuring that your daughter or son is successful in taking this important growth step.

For a summary of some ways you can help, continue to the Parent Overview section.
