Governor’s Awards for Excellence in Culture & Tourism

The Governor's Awards for Excellence in Culture & Tourism honors individuals and institutions of significant renown for outstanding contributions and/or lifetime achievements in the fields of the performing, visual and literary arts; tourism, travel and state promotion; hospitality education and training; historic preservation; and film/media in Connecticut. Nominees must be current Connecticut residents or institutions. The awards are presented at the annual Governor's Awards for Excellence in Culture & Tourism ceremony and reception.
