STATEMENT OF GOVERNOR RELL REGARDING
ETHICS COMMISSION PERSONNEL ACTIONS
I appreciate the Lieutenant Governor’s concerns. And I will be reviewing all appointments to state boards and commissions and making decisions on filling expired terms as quickly as possible. I am asking the Attorney General to review the Ethics Commission’s actions to ensure its adherence to all applicable statutes and personnel regulations.
