Governor M. Jodi Rell signed, IN THE ORIGINAL, the following bills of the June Special Session, 2010 on the date indicated after the title of the bill:
S.B. 501
LCO 5874 AN ACT CONCERNING THE REAL ESTATE CONVEYANCE TAX, THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF STATE LAND, ADJUSTMENTS TO CERTAIN PROGRAMS IMPLEMENTED THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, A REPORT ON TAX CREDITS, JUVENILE JUSTICE, ABSENTEE VOTING BY MEMBERS OF THE MILITARY, REVISIONS TO VARIOUS TASK FORCES, COMMISSIONS AND COUNCILS, AND AMENDMENTS AND MINOR AND TECHNICAL CHANGES TO CERTAIN SPECIAL AND PUBLIC ACTS OF THE 2010 REGULAR SESSION
This Bill passed and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1, 3, 19, 25, 27, 29-34, 42, 46, 51-54, 57-59, 62-64 and 69-70 shall take effect July 1, 2010; Sections 2, 55, 65 and 67-68 shall take effect October 1, 2010; Sections 4-17, 20-24, 26, 28, 35-41, 43-45, 47-50, 56, 66 and 71-74 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 18 shall take effect from passage and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2010; and Sections 60-61 shall take effect July 1, 2010 and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2010. The Governor signed the bill on June 22, 2010.

LCO 5871 AN ACT MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE BUDGET AND TO CERTAIN PUBLIC ACTS, AND ESTABLISHING THE HOMEOWNER’S EQUITY RECOVERY OPPORTUNITY LOAN PROGRAM
This Bill passed and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-2, and
7-8 shall take effect July 1, 2010 and Sections 3-6 and 9 shall take
effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.
The Governor signed the bill on June 22, 2010.
