Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following legislation of the 2010 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

P.A. 10-128

H.B. 5236                               AN ACT CONCERNING ADDITIONAL OFF-TRACK BETTING BRANCH FACILITIES IN NEW LONDON, MANCHESTER AND WINDHAM

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and would have taken effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor vetoed the bill on June 10, 2010.

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2010.   The Governor signed the bill on June 8, 2010.

s.H.B. 5360                            AN ACT CONCERNING CHILDREN IN THE RECESSION

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-5 and 7-13 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; and Section 6 shall take effect July 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on June 8, 2010.

s.H.B. 5436                            AN ACT CONCERNING BROWNFIELD REMEDIATION LIABILITY

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows: Section 1 shall take effect October 1, 2010; Sections 2 and 6 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 3 shall take effect July 1, 2010 and applicable to assessment years commencing on and after October 1, 2010 and Sections 4-5 shall take effect July 1, 2010.   The Governor signed the bill on June 8, 2010.
