                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2010.   The Governor signed the bill on June 7, 2010.

s.S.B. 176                              AN ACT CONCERNING THE FILM TAX CREDIT

                                               This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2010, and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on June 7, 2010.

s.S.B. 376                              AN ACT CONCERNING STATE GRANT COMMITMENTS FOR SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECTS, MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTS FOR SURPLUS EDUCATION FUNDS AND REVISIONS TO CERTAIN LIBRARY STATUTES

                                               This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows Sections 1, 3-31 and section 36 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 2 and 32 shall take effect July 1, 2010 and Sections 33-35 shall take effect June 1, 2010.   The Governor signed the bill on June 7, 2010.
