Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following legislation of the 2010 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

s.H.B. 5455 AN ACT CONCERNING THE MASTER TRANSPORTATION PLAN, THE FACILITIES ASSESSMENT REPORT, THE CONNECTICUT PILOT AND MARITIME COMMISSIONS, A REVIEW OF THE STATE TRAFFIC COMMISSION AND CHANGES TO THE STAMFORD TRANSPORTATION CENTER AND REQUIRING NEW CROSSWALKS TO PROVIDE TIME FOR THE SAFE CROSSING OF PEDESTRIANS
This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and would have taken effect as follows: Sections 1-8 and 10 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; and Section 9 shall take effect October 1, 2010. This Act passed as amended by House and Senate Amendments Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2012. The Governor signed the bill on June 4, 2010.
