s.S.B. 107 AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BRADLEY DEVELOPMENT ZONE
This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1 and 5-7 shall take effect October 1, 2011; Sections 2-3 shall take effect October 1, 2011 and applicable to assessment years commencing on or after October 1, 2012; and Section 4 shall take effect October 1, 2011 and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2013. The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.
