s.H.B. 5225                            AN ACT CONCERNING SOLAR WORK

                                               This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.

s.H.B. 5033                            AN ACT PROVIDING A PARTIAL REFUND OF THE SALES TAX IMPOSED ON THE SALE OF SCHOOL BUSES EQUIPPED BY THE MANUFACTURER WITH SEAT SAFETY BELTS

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.

s.H.B. 5119                            AN ACT CONCERNING THE REMEDIATION ACCOUNT FOR DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENTS AND REGULATED ACTIVITY ON CERTAIN SITES UNDERGOING REMEDIAL ACTION

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.

s.H.B. 5120                            AN ACT CONCERNING PRIVATE AND MUNICIPAL RECYCLING, ZONING ORDINANCES AND SOLID WASTE COLLECTION CONTRACTS

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1 and 3-5 shall take effect October 1, 2010; Sections 2 and 8-9 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 6 shall take effect October 1, 2011; Section 7 shall take effect July 1, 2012 and Sections 10-12 shall take effect July 1, 2010.   The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.

s.H.B. 5291                            AN ACT CONCERNING THE SHARING OF INFORMATION BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES AND THE DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES AS RELATES TO MEDICAID FUNDED SERVICES

                                               This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2010.   The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.
