This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2010. The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1 and 3-5 shall take effect October 1, 2010; Sections 2 and 8-9 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 6 shall take effect October 1, 2011; Section 7 shall take effect July 1, 2012 and Sections 10-12 shall take effect July 1, 2010. The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2010. The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2010.
