Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following legislation of the 2010 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

P.A. 10-55

s.H.B. 5028                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVE ECONOMY

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and would have taken effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Sections 2-5 shall take effect October 1, 2010.  The Governor vetoed the bill on May 27, 2010.          Read the Veto Message

S.B. 281                                  AN ACT CONCERNING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN MEETINGS OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL AND THERAPEUTICS COMMITTEE

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2010. The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

s.H.B. 5404                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE NONDISCLOSURE OF CERTAIN INFORMATION REGARDING CERTAIN EMPLOYEES TO INMATES UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

s.S.B. 25                                  AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND ADJUSTING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS, TRANSPORTATION AND OTHER PURPOSES

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

s.S.B. 370                                AN ACT CONCERNING MEDICAID LONG-TERM CARE COVERAGE FOR MARRIED COUPLES

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2010.

s.S.B. 382                                AN ACT REQUIRING BIODIESEL BLENDED HEATING OIL AND LOWERING THE SULFUR CONTENT OF HEATING OIL SOLD IN THE STATE

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect July 1, 2011 and Section 2 shall take effect October 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

s.H.B. 5543                             AN ACT CONCERNING PATENTS, TRADEMARKS OR LICENSING AGREEMENTS FOR INVENTIONS AND DISCOVERIES OF EMPLOYEES OF THE CONNECTICUT AGRICULTURAL EXPERIMENT STATION

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2010.
