H.B. 5131                               AN ACT CONCERNING VOCATIONAL AGRICULTURE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AQUACULTURE CENTER SHELLFISH BEDS

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2010.   The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

s.H.B. 5141                            AN ACT CONCERNING THE HANDLING OF PROPERTY CLAIMS BY PUBLIC ADJUSTERS

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

s.H.B. 5117                            AN ACT CONCERNING CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION RESTRICTIONS HELD BY THE STATE

                                               This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect October 1, 2010 and Section 2 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

S.B. 62                                   AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS’ RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS AND MINOR CHANGES TO LABOR STATUTES

                                               This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

s.S.B. 438                              AN ACT CONCERNING EDUCATION REFORM IN CONNECTICUT

                                               This Act passed as amended by Senate and House Amendments Schedule A and takes effect as follows:  Sections1-7, 9-11, 13, 15-19, 21-23 and 28 – 31 shall take effect July 1, 2010; and Sections 8, 12, 14, 20 and 24-27 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.

H.B. 5495                               AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE RIVER FALLS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WITHIN THE TOWN OF SEYMOUR           

                                               This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 26, 2010.
