Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following legislation of the 2010 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

S.B. 493                                  AN ACT REDUCING ELECTRICITY COSTS AND PROMOTING RENEWABLE ENERGY

This Act passed and would have taken effect as follows:  Sections 1-3 and 37-38 shall take effect July 1, 2011; Sections 4, 10 and 39 shall take effect upon passage which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 5-9, 11-28, 30-36 and 40-41 shall take effect July 1, 2010 and Section 29 shall take effect October 1, 2010.  The Governor vetoed the bill on May 24, 2010.  Read Veto Message

s.S.B. 320                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE SELECTION OF TENANT COMMISSIONERS

                                                This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and would have taken effect October 1, 2010.  The Governor vetoed the bill on May 26, 2010.  Read Veto Message
