Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following legislation of the 2010 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

s.S.B. 1                                   AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESERVATION AND CREATION OF JOBS IN CONNECTICUT

This Act passed and would have taken effect upon passage and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2010.  The Governor vetoed the bill on May 19, 2010.
