LCO No. 5638 AN ACT MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO STATE EXPENDITURES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2011
This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A, B and C and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-8; 13-14; 19-22; 24-25; 27; 31-33; 35; 37-39; 41; 43; 45; 47; 51-54; 60-81; 85; 140; 145-149 and 153-154 shall take effect July 1, 2010; Sections 9-12; 15-18; 26; 34; 36; 40; 42; 44; 46; 48-50; 55-56; 58-59; 82-84; 128-139; 141-144 and 150-152 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 28-30; 86-127 and 155 shall take effect October 1, 2010 and Section 57 shall take effect July 1, 2011. The Governor signed the bill on May 7, 2010.

File 415 AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE MAJORITY LEADERS’ JOB GROWTH ROUNDTABLE
This Bill passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1; 3; 22-24 and 32 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 2 shall take effect January 1, 2012; Sections 4-7; 12-14; 16-21 and 25-31 shall take effect July 1, 2010; Sections 8-10 shall take effect from passage and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2010; Section 11 shall take effect from July 1, 2010 and applicable to sales occurring on or after July 1, 2010 and Section 15 shall take effect July 1, 2010 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2010.
The Governor signed the bill on May 6, 2010.
