This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect January 1, 2011. The Governor signed the bill on May 5, 2010.

H.B. 5006 AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS’ RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TECHNICAL REVISIONS AND MINOR CHANGES TO THE INSURANCE AND RELATED STATUTES
This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-19; 22; 25-26; 30; and 33-57 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; sections 20-21; 23-24; 27-29 and 31-32 shall take effect January 1, 2011 and section 58 shall take effect from passage and applicable to commercial leases entered, renewed, modified or extended on or after the effective date of this section.
