LCO No. 3312                         AN ACT CONCERNING THE CITIZENS’ ELECTION FUND

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on April 14, 2010.

H.B. 5545

LCO No. 3314                         AN ACT CONCERNING DEFICIT MITIGATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-11; 13-17; 19-27; 29; 31-63 and 66-75 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 12 and 28 shall take effect May 1, 2010; Sections 18 and 30 shall take effect July 1, 2010 and sections 64 and 65 shall take effect from passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and applicable to fees charged on and after May 1, 2010  The Governor signed the bill on April 14, 2010.
