Governor M. Jodi Rell signed, IN THE ORIGINAL, the following bill of the 2009 September Special Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

LCO No. 9916                         AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISIONS OF THE BUDGET CONCERNING GENERAL GOVERNMENT AND MAKING CHANGES TO VARIOUS PROGRAMS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1 -11; 15-50; 52; 54-58; 60-63; 67-68; 81; 92-107; 109-164; 168-170 and 172-187 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 12 – 14; 51; 69-80; and 90; shall take effect January 1, 2010; Section 53 shall take effect upon passage and applicable to payments issued in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, and in each fiscal year thereafter;  Section 59 shall take effect September 1, 2010; Sections 64-66 and 165-167 shall take effect July 1, 2010; Sections 82-89 and 91 shall take effect July 1, 2012; and Section 108 and 171 shall take effect October 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on October 5, 2009
