s.S.B. 954                               AN ACT CONCERNING PERSONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS, PURCHASE OF SERVICE CONTRACTS AND NONEMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-4 and 6-7 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 5 shall take effect October 1, 2009 and Sections 8-9 shall take effect July 1, 2009.   The Governor signed the bill on July 8, 2009.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-4 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Section 5 shall take effect July 1, 2009.   The Governor signed the bill on July 8, 2009.

s.H.B. 6672                             AN ACT CONCERNING AMENDMENTS TO THE UNIFORM COMMON INTEREST OWNERSHIP ACT

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-14, and 16-19 and 21-43 shall take effect July 1, 2010; Section 44 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Sections 15 and 20 shall take effect upon passage and applicable to common interest communities created before, on or after January 1, 1984.   The Governor signed the bill on July 8, 2009.

s.S.B. 383                               AN ACT EXEMPTING REGIONAL PLANNING ORGANIZATIONS FROM PAYMENT OF LOCAL PROPERTY TAXES

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2009, and applicable to assessment years commencing on or after

October 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-3, 5-8, 11-13, 15-19, 22-24, 39-40, 43-44, 53-68, 73, 78-82, 95, 98-102, and 106 shall take effect October 1, 2009; Sections 4, 10, 14, 21, 28, 42, 45-46, 72, 89, 92-94, 96 and 97 shall take effect July 1, 2009; Sections 9, 20, 41, 47-52, 69-71, 74-77, and 103-105 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 25-27 and 29-38 shall take effect January 1, 2010 and Sections 83-88 and 90-91 shall take effect July 1, 2011.   The Governor signed the bill on July 8, 2009.
