This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A, B, C and D and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1, 2, 4, 6-9, 12-14, 25-27, 32, 37-38, 55, 61, and 67-68 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 3, 10-11, 15-22, 50, 56-57 and 60 shall take effect July 1, 2009; Sections 5, 23-24, 28-31, 33-36, 39-44, 47-49, 51-54, 58-59, and 62-66 shall take effect October 1, 2009 and Sections 45, 46 and 69 shall take effect January 1, 2010. The Governor signed the bill on July 8, 2009.
