s.S.B. 1036                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE POWERS OF THE METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COMMISSION TO SPONSOR CERTAIN PROJECTS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A with an effective date upon passage.  The Governor vetoed the bill on July 7, 2009.
