H.B. 6087                                AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE UNIVERSITY OF CONNECTICUT TO RECEIVE AND TREAT SEWAGE FROM THE TOWN OF MANSFIELD

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2009.

H.B. 6544                                AN ACT SIMPLIFYING PROCEDURES FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION FACILITIES

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2009.

s.H.B. 6320                             AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE CONCERNING SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT FOR ADULTS

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect July 1, 2009; Section 2 shall take effect October 1, 2009, and Section 3 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2009.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-5 shall take effect July 1, 2009 and Section 6 shall take effect October 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on June 29, 2009.

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-2 shall take effect October 1, 2009; Sections 3 and 7-9 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and Sections 4-6 shall take effect June 15, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on July 1, 2009.
