Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following legislation of the 2009 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

 

S.A. 09-11

s.H.B. 5286                             AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE GREENWAY COMMONS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IN THE TOWN OF SOUTHINGTON

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect July 1, 2009.   The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.   

 

S.A. 09-12

H.B. 5823                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE RECREATIONAL USE OF CANDLEWOOD LAKE

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.

H.B. 6476                                AN ACT CONCERNING A PROGRAM REVIEW AND INVESTIGATIONS COMMITTEE PILOT PROGRAM UTILIZING RESULTS-BASED ACCOUNTABILITY

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.

H.B. 6231                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE USE OF A CERTIFICATE, PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION OR ADVERTISING IN ADVISING SENIOR CITIZENS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2009.   The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.

s.H.B. 5254                             AN ACT CONCERNING EXTENDING THE TIME OF EXPIRATION OF CERTAIN LAND USE PERMITS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.

s.H.B. 5821                             AN ACT CONCERNING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, IN –STATE MICRO BUSINESSES AND THE STANDARD WAGE

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A, B and C and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-2 shall take effect October 1, 2009 and Sections 3-4 shall take effect July 1, 2009. The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.

H.B. 5099                                AN ACT CONCERNING REPOSSESSION OF MOTOR VEHICLES FROM RETAIL BUYERS

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2009.   The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.

s.H.B. 5861                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROCESSING OF MUNICIPAL APPLICATIONS FOR STATE PERMITS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2009.   The Governor signed the bill on July 2, 2009.
