Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following bills of the 2009 Regular Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

 

P.A. 09-151

S.B. 1078                                AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BI-STATE LONG ISLAND SOUND COMMISSION

This Act passed as amended by Senate and House Amendment Schedules A with effective dates as follows: Sections 1-2 effective July 1, 2009 and Section 3 effective upon the enactment by the state of New York of legislation having like effect as this section.   The Governor vetoed the bill on July 2, 2009VETO LETTER

s.S.B. 1080                              AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESS TO HEALTH AND NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION IN RESTAURANTS

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule

A with effective dates as follows:  Sections 1 and 3 effective July 1, 2009 and Section 2 effective July 1, 2010. The Governor vetoed the bill on July 2, 2009VETO LETTER

s.H.B. 5021                             AN ACT CONCERNING WELLNESS PROGRAMS AND EXPANSION OF HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE
