S.B. 1078                                AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BI-STATE LONG ISLAND SOUND COMMISSION

This Act passed as amended by Senate and House Amendment Schedules A with effective dates as follows: Sections 1-2 effective July 1, 2009 and Section 3 effective upon the enactment by the state of New York of legislation having like effect as this section.   The Governor vetoed the bill on July 2, 2009.  VETO LETTER
