RELEASE No. 34

Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following legislation of the 2009 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

 

P.A. 09-229

s.S.B. 891                               AN ACT CONCERNING MILK PRODUCERS, MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS, AGRICULTURAL NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND THE MODERNIZATION OF CONNECTICUT FERTILIZER LAW

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-22 and 33 shall take effect July 1, 2009; Sections 23-26 shall take effect October 1, 2009 and Sections 27-32  shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 1, 2009.

s.S.B. 379                               AN ACT ESTABLISHING A LAND VALUE TAXATION PILOT PROGRAM

                                                This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on July 1, 2009.
