Governor M. Jodi Rell vetoed the following legislation of the June Special Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

S.B. 1801 AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE BUDGET FOR THE BIENNIUM ENDING JUNE 30, 2011, AND MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFOR
This Act passed with effective dates as follows: Sections 1-7; 9-16; 18-32; 34-35, 37, 39; 41-44, 47-55; 57-60; 64-75; 87, 94, 100, 104-109 would have been effective July 1, 2009; Sections 8, 17, 33, 36, 38, 40, 45-46, 56, 61-63, 84-85, 90, 92, 99 and 101-103 would have been effective upon passage; Sections 76-83; 86 would have taken effect July 1, 2009 and applicable to income years commencing on or after January 1, 2009; Sections 88-89 and 81 would have taken effect July 1, 2009 and applicable to sales occurring on or after July 1, 2009; Section 93 would have taken effect July 1 2009 and applicable to estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2009; and Sections 95-98 would have taken effect July 1, 2009 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2009. The Governor vetoed the bill on July 1, 2009.
