This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1 and 3 shall take effect October 1, 2009 and applicable to consumer leases entered, renewed, modified or extended on or after October 1, 2009 and Section 2 shall take effect October 1, 2009.
