Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following legislation of the 2009 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

P.A. 09-114

s.H.B.  6385                            AN ACT CONCERNING PROBATE COURT REFORMS AND ESTABLISHING A PROBATE REDISTRICTING COMMISSION

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules

 A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1, 4, 5, 11, 21 and 22 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day

 the Governor signed the bill; Sections 2, 3, 8, 10, 16 and17 shall take effect January 1, 2011; Section 6 shall take effect January 1, 2011 and applicable to premiums paid on or after January 1, 2011; Sections 7, 12-14, 18, 19, 23 and 25 shall take effect January 5, 2011 and Sections 9, 15, 20 and 24 shall take effect October 1, 2009.   The Governor signed the bill on

 June 9, 2009.
