Governor M. Jodi Rell signed, IN THE ORIGINAL, the following bills of the 2009 Regular Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

LCO No.1008                          AN ACT CONCERNING DEFICIT MITIGATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009

This Act passed as amended by House Amendments A and C and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-14 and 17-34 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; section 15 shall take effect April 1, 2009 and applicable to periods commencing on or after December 1, 2008; and section16 shall take effect April 1, 2009.  

The Governor signed the bill on January 15, 2009.
