LCO No.3778                         AN ACT CONCERNING EXPENDITURES OF APPROPRIATED FUNDS OTHER THAN THE GENERAL FUND

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor vetoed the bill on June 4, 2009.
