S.B.  898                                 AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE CONNECTICUT ACADEMY OF SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING, INCORPORATED

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2009.

s.H.B. 6264                             AN ACT CONCERNING STATE-WIDE HEALTH CARE FACILITY PLANNING

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2009.

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-4, 6, and 9-11 shall take effect July 1, 2009 and sections 5, 7 - 8 shall take effect October 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on June 2, 2009.

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1, 4 and 8-10 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; and Sections 2, 3 and 5-7 shall take effect October 1, 2009.    The Governor signed the bill on

June 3, 2009.
