s.S.B.  885                               AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAX INCREMENTAL FINANCING PROGRAM

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2009.

 

P.A. 09-62

s.S.B. 358                                AN ACT PROHIBITING THE TRANSFER OF MACHINE GUNS TO MINORS

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2009.

s.S.B. 810                                AN ACT CONCERNING THE TENDER YEARS EXCEPTION TO THE HEARSAY EVIDENCE RULE

This Act passed and shall take October 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2009.

s.S.B. 814                                AN ACT CONCERNING PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE SERVICES UNDER THE CONNECTICUT HOME CARE PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect April 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2009.

S.B. 854                                  AN ACT CONCERNING THE OFFICE OF PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

S.B. 872                                  AN ACT PROVIDING STATE-FUNDED MEDICAL COVERAGE TO CHILDREN IN THE CARE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES

s.S.B. 893                                AN ACT CONCERNING NOTIFICATION TO THE OFFICE OF PROTECTION AND ADVOCACY FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES OF DEPARTMENT OF MENTAL HEALTH AND ADDICTION SERVICES CLIENT DEATHS

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2009.

S.B. 964                                  AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT ANTITRUST ACT

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect July 1, 2009 and section 2 shall take effect October 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2009.

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect January 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 27, 2009.

s.S.B. 1010                              AN ACT CONCERNING EXPOSURE TO INFECTIOUS DISEASES AND EMERGENCY RESPONDERS
