H.B.  5023                               AN ACT REQUIRING HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR WOUND CARE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA

This Act passed and shall take effect January 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on May 21, 2009.

H.B. 5277                                AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE INVASIVE PLANT COUNCIL

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on May 21, 2009.

H.B. 5674                                AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURE OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT PROGRAMS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedules A and B and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill. The Governor signed the bill on May 21, 2009.

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2009. The Governor signed the bill on May 20, 2009.

s.S.B. 1020                              AN ACT CONCERNING PESTICIDE APPLICATIONS AT CHILD DAY CARE CENTERS AND SCHOOLS

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows: Section 1 shall take effect October 1, 2009 and section 2 shall take effect July 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on May 20, 2009.
