Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following legislation of the 2009 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

 

S.A. 09-2

s.H.B.  5834                            AN ACT CONCERNING A STUDY OF THE HIGHEST AND BEST UNIVERSITY USE FOR THE UCONN STAMFORD CAMPUS PARKING GARAGE

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on May 8, 2009.

s.H.B. 5297                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUS OF THE MONEY FOLLOWS THE PERSON PROJECT

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on May 8, 2009.

s.H.B. 5414                             AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURES BY HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTORS AND NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS

S.B. 762                                  AN ACT CONCERNING MUTUAL AID OR MOBILE SUPPORT UNITS AND NUCLEAR SAFETY EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PROGRAM PLANS
