File No. 680                             AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE GUARANTEE OF EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE FOR SAME SEX COUPLES

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendments Schedules A and C and shall take effect as follows: sections 1-14 and 17 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; sections 15, 16 and 18 shall take effect October 1, 2010.  The Governor signed the bill on April 23, 2009.
