LCO No.4135                          AN ACT CONCERNING DEFICIT MITIGATION MEASURES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009

This Act passed as amended by House Amendments A and B and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 2-3, 7, 9-10, 20-22 and 24-26 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; and sections 1, 4-6, 8, 11-19, 23 and 27  shall take effect April 1, 2009.  The Governor signed the bill on March 3, 2009.
