LCO No. 6934                         AN ACT CONCERNING ENERGY ASSISTANCE

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1 and

4 -10 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; sections 2 and 3 shall take effect September 1, 2008.  The Governor signed the bill on August 26, 2008 at 12:15 p.m.

LOC No. 6935                         AN ACT CONCERNING HOME HEATING RELIEF

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule B

and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1 and 3-10 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; section 2 shall take effect September 1, 2008.   The Governor signed the bill on August 26, 2008 at 12:15 p.m.
