LCO 6726                               AN ACT CONCERNING ADJUSTMENTS TO CERTAIN PETROLEUM PRODUCTS TAXES, PETROLEUM FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS, GASOLINE DISCOUNTS FOR CONSUMERS, HOME HEATING OIL AND PROPANE GAS CONTRACT DEPOSITS AND THE FUEL OIL CONSERVATION ACCOUNT

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 17, 2008.
