s.H.B. 5590                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE TEACHING OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM AND OTHER DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2008.

S.B. 469                                  AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGION OF CHRIST COLLEGE OF HUMANITIES

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.   The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2008.

s.H.B. 5599                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAXATION OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY PROPERTY AND THE TIMELY FILING OF DECLARATIONS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect July 1, 2008; and section 2 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill and applicable to annual declarations due on or after November 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2008.

This Act passed as amended by HousSenate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect July 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2008.

s.H.B. 5845                             AN ACT CONCERNING THE HOMECARE OPTION PROGRAM FOR THE ELDERLY (HOPE)

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1

shall take effect July 1, 2008 and applicable to taxable years commencing on or after January 1, 2008 and sections 2-3

shall take effect July 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2008.

s.H.B. 5899                             AN ACT CONCERNING ON-LINE PROCUREMENT BY STATE AGENCIES, MUNICIPALITIES AND REGIONAL AND LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on June 5, 2008.
