S.B. 48                                    AN ACT CONCERNING TUITION WAIVER BENEFIT FOR CHILDREN AND SURVIVING SPOUSES OF ARMED FORCES MEMBERS KILLED IN ACTION

This Act passed and shall take effect July 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on May 23, 2008.

s.S.B. 307                               AN ACT CONCERNING RECOGNITION OF VETERANS

This Act passed and shall take effect as follows:  Section 1 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; and Sections 2-4 shall take effect July 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on May 23, 2008.
