Governor M. Jodi Rell signed, IN THE ORIGINAL, the following bill of the 2008 Regular Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

 

S.B. 368

File No. 258                             AN ACT CONCERNING THERMAL ENERGY TRANSPORTATION

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment schedule A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill. The Governor signed the bill on April 30, 2008 at 8:30 p.m.

 

Governor M. Jodi Rell signed the following legislation of the 2008 Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

S.B.  386                                 AN ACT CONCERNING BILLING PRACTICES OF NURSING HOME FACILITIES FOR SELF-PAY PATIENTS

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill.  The Governor signed the bill on April 30 2008.

 

The following bill of the 2008 Regular Session was not signed, but will become law on the date indicated.

S.B. 462                                  AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSE RENEWAL FEES FOR PHYSICIANS

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2008.

The Governor did not sign this bill.
