s.S.B.  57                                AN ACT REQUIRING THE WORKERS’ COMPENSATION COMMISSION TO PROVIDE INJURED EMPLOYEES THE FORMS NECESSARY TO FILE A CLAIM

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect October 1, 2008.  The Governor signed the bill on April 29, 2008.

s.S.B. 65                                 AN ACT ALLOWING BLIND OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED STATE OR QUASI-PUBLIC EMPLOYEES TO USE ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE FOR GUIDE DOG TRAINING

This Act passed and shall take effect October 1, 2008.

The Governor signed the bill on April 29, 2008.
