File No. 64                             AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE GOVERNOR’S RECOMMENDATIONS WITH RESPECT TO SOCIAL SERVICES PHARMACY PROGRAMS

This Act passed and shall take effect upon passage, which is the

day the Governor signed the bill. The Governor signed the bill on April 4, 2007 at 3:30 p.m.

File No. 97                             AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENT IN LIEU OF TAXES FOR PUBLIC HOUSING AND THE LOW AND MODERATE INCOME TAX ABATEMENT PROGRAM

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment A and shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill. The Governor signed the bill on April 4, 2007 at 3:35 p.m.

File No. 142                           AN ACT CONCERNING THE CITIZENS’ ELECTION PROGRAM

This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows:  Sections 1-7 and 9-19 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Section 8 shall take effect October 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on April 7, 2007 at 2:30 p.m.
