Special Session on the date indicated after the title of the bill:

LCO 999                                 AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND ADJUSTING BONDS OF THE

STATE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND FOR TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AND CONCERNING THE CONNECTICUT STATE UNIVERSITY INFRASTRUCTURE ACT

This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment A (LCO 10001) and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-19; 39-55; 57-76; 88-99; and 109-214 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; Sections 20-38; 56; 77-82; and 101-108 shall take effect July 1, 2008; Sections 83-87 shall take effect May 1, 2008 and Section 100 shall take effect July 1, 2007. The Governor signed the bill on November 2, 2007 at 12:03 p.m.
