S.B. 1501 AN ACT AUTHORIZING AND ADJUSTING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND FOR TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AND CONCERNING STATE CONTRACTING REFORM
This Act passed as amended by Senate Amendment Schedules A, D and E and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-19, 39-56, 58-72, 74-79, 91-92, 94-100, 102-103, 105-156, 162-163, 165, and 214 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; section 104 shall take effect July 1, 2007, sections 93 and 101 shall take effect October 1, 2007; section 73 shall take effect January 1, 2008; sections 86-90 shall take effect May 1, 2008; sections 20-38, 57, 80-85 and 211-213 shall take effect July 1, 2008; sections 164, 166-168, 171-178, 183-195 and 204-210 shall take effect October 1, 2008; section 179 shall take effect January 1, 2009; section 182 shall take effect June 1, 2009; sections 157-161 shall take effect July 1, 2009; sections 180-181 and 196-203 shall take effect January 1, 2010 and sections 169-170 shall take effect October 1, 2010 . The Governor vetoed the bill on October 6, 2007.

S.B. 1600 AN ACT CONCERNING CLEAN CONTRACTING STANDARDS
This Act passed and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-5, 8-15, 20-32, and 41-47 shall take effect January 1, 2009; sections 6-7 shall take effect October 1, 2011; section 16 shall take effect January 1, 2010; sections 17-18 and 33-40 shall take effect June 1, 2010; section 19 shall take effect October 1, 2009 and section 48 shall take effect July 1, 2008. The Governor signed the bill on October 6, 2007.

H.B. 8006 AN ACT CONCERNING MIONOR AND TECHNICAL CHANGES TO SPECIAL SESSION AND REGULAR SESSION PUBLIC ACTS
This Act passed as amended by House Amendment Schedule A and shall take effect as follows: Sections 1-3, 5-7, 9-16, 18-21, 25-29, 32-33, 39-42 44-58, and 60-73 shall take effect upon passage, which is the day the Governor signed the bill; section 4 shall take effect July 1, 2010; sections 8, 17, 30-31, 34-36, 38 and 43 shall take effect October 1, 2007; sections 22-24 shall take effect January 1, 2008, section 37 shall take effect September 1, 2007; and section 59 shall take effect from passage and applicable to property acquired on and after said date . The Governor signed the bill on October 6, 2007.
